I can meet you in a comfortable car near your home or hotel and take you to the observation deck at the Tower 2000, where our tour begins. • or booking a table at the Russian restaurant (83rd floor of the Oko Tower, it is necessary to book in advance. On weekends, a deposit is required, on weekdays it is possible for free).
